Today, Hossa is one of Finland’s most popular hiking areas and was established as a national park to celebrate Finland’s 100th anniversary. At Hossa Visitor Centre you’ll find a campsite, accommodation, a restaurant, and plenty of activities year-round – from hiking, canoeing and mountain biking to fishing in summer, and well-maintained winter trails for skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking.

Established in 1979 alongside Hossa, Kylmäluoma became one of Finland’s very first official hiking areas. Today, Kylmäluoma Trekking Centre offers a campsite, cabin accommodation, a restaurant, and a wide range of year-round activities.
