Booking and cancellation terms and conditions
Experience KL Oy reservation terms
Experience KL Oy / Hossa Nature Centre / Kylmäluoma Trekking Centre follow these terms and conditions with regard to cabin reservations. These terms and conditions are binding on both parties once the client has paid the accommodation fee indicated in the agreement terms or reserved accommodation indicated in the agreement terms.
LINEN NOT included in the rent (can be rented from the restaurant)
CLIENT is obliged to compensate for the damage he has caused.
FINAL CLEANING UP is included with the client, we charge € 150 for unpaid cleaning. We clean up on demand for a different amount of compensation.
Making a reservation and payment
The person making the reservation has to be of legal age (over 18) at the time of making the reservation.
The reservation can be made on the internet; in this case the reservation is made and the accommodation and handling fees (€10.00) are paid either via online bank transfer or credit card.
The reservation may also be made via e-mail or by phone, upon which these reservation terms come into effect and the client commits to making the payment.
In addition to the accommodation fee, a €10.00 handling fee is also charged per reservation.
Cancelling and changing a reservation
Cancellation can only be made in writing. For Hossa reservations, e-mail to hossa@retkeilykeskus.fi and for Kylmäluoma reservations, email to kylmaluoma@retkeilykeskus.fi or by mail for Hossa: Jatkonsalmentie 6, 89920 Ruhtinansalmi, Finland and for Kylmäluoma: Pajuluomantie 20, 93540 Tyrövaara, Finland.
Client, who cancel a booking, will forfeit 20 % of the price of the destination and the handling fee.
If the reservation is cancelled for any reason other than those mentioned below less than 14 days before the start of the accommodation term or during it, the payment made by the client will not be refunded.
Cancellations for illness:
Notwithstanding the above, the client has the right to be refunded the payment made to KL Experience Oy (apart from handling fees) if the client him/herself or someone living in the same household falls seriously ill, is involved in an accident or dies. The cancellation must be notified to KL Experience Oy immediately and the matter must be reliably proved to KL Experience Oy, such as with a doctor’s certificate. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before commencement of the reservation or during the reservation, the payment made by the client will not be refunded.
Changing the reservation period is possible without additional payment if there are free and bookable times/accommodation. Changes should preferably be made via e-mail.
Experience KL Oy’s right to cancel a reservation
In the case of force majeure Experience KL Oy may cancel the reservation. In this case the client has the right to receive full compensation for the payment made to KL Experience Oy. If the reservation has to be shortened or ended due to customer misbehaviour, no payments will be refunded.
